The Project
You will support the ongoing operation of a critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) service as it transitions from programme delivery into business as usual. The service ensures that only authorised users can access sensitive systems, maintains compliance with defined policies and KPIs, and provides centralised oversight of vetting and access governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Identity with operational IAM needs during the transition into BAU, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Manage and coordinate centralised security vetting for non‑permanent resources.
- Oversee daily manual Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes, related governance and reporting.
- Act as the primary BAU point of contact and produce regular stakeholder reporting.
- Work as part of a centralised IAM function to maintain and operate live IAM services.
- Stakeholder management and communication, point of contact for live IAM Operations.
Requirements
- At least five years' experience in operational process analysis or business support within similar environments.
- Strong understanding of IAM platforms, standards, processes and core concepts.
- Proven experience managing Joiner, Mover, Leaver workflows and access management.
- Ability to identify and resolve non‑technical IAM issues.
- Experience supporting vetting processes and ensuring consistency of access controls.
- Confident stakeholder communicator with strong reporting capabilities.
- Ability to contribute to the smooth transition of IAM services into BAU operations.
