Job summary

Cyberjobs in the United States is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead – Identity, SAP & OT Security to guide IAM, SAP security, and OT security strategy across a global enterprise.

You will balance architecture with hands-on implementation, drive Zero Trust, and collaborate with ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams worldwide. Travel to U.S. locations and global facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 5–10 years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing IAM architectures including RBAC, access governance, and controls.
• Experience leading IAM initiatives across distributed enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Saviynt or similar IGA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global IAM domain owner and architecture lead with roadmaps.
• Lead identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, and privileged access.
• Define enterprise identity architectures and integration patterns across IT and OT environments.
• Collaborate with ERP, infrastructure, and security teams to secure SAP environments.
• Drive Zero Trust initiatives with identity as a central security control.
• Oversee OT security initiatives and secure IT/OT connectivity.
