Job summary

Original Composites & Fiberglass seeks an IT Infrastructure Lead focused on IAM, SAP security, and OT security to lead global identity initiatives and secure access across manufacturing operations. You will own IAM architecture, governance, and platform implementation while partnering with ERP, infrastructure, and security teams to enable secure, scalable enterprise IT and OT environments.

The role requires strong leadership, deep IAM expertise, and the ability to drive Zero Trust and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years in IT infrastructure, security, IAM, or related roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with IAM architecture, identity lifecycle, RBAC, and access governance models.
• Experience designing and leading IAM architectures across complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with Saviynt or similar IGA solutions.
• Experience with SAP security, roles, authorizations, and SoD frameworks.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture, identity-centric models.
• Experience supporting OT or manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global IAM domain owner and architecture lead across the enterprise.
• Lead IAM capabilities, identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access controls.
• Define enterprise identity architecture, role models, and integration patterns.
• Support and optimize IAM platforms, design roles, enforce compliance.
• Define and implement Zero Trust security across the enterprise.
• Lead SAP security architecture and operations, including SoD and access.
• Collaborate with ERP, infrastructure, and apps teams for secure access models.
• Advance OT security alignment with IT identity and network controls.
• Establish global governance, audit, and compliance for IAM.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement scalable, secure architectures.
• Oversee IT service delivery for manufacturing sites during transitions.
