Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a remote Program Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead cross-functional planning and execution.

You will own the program roadmap, intake and backlog governance, and sprint planning across IAM teams, partnering with IT, Security, and Engineering to drive safe, scalable identity solutions. You will also shape KPI-driven reporting, leverage AI for planning and reporting, and help scale the IAM program while aligning with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years supporting IAM, identity governance, or information security.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Entra ID, or BeyondTrust.

Responsibilities

• Connect IAM with other IT functions; align priorities and remove blockers.
• Create and maintain the IAM program roadmap with leadership and architects.
• Lead intake, backlog grooming, and sprint planning for IAM teams.
• Manage Azure DevOps backlogs for Engineering, Hygiene, and App Onboarding.
• Define and track measurable OKRs and operational metrics.
• Create dashboards and automate data collection for reporting.
