Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking an IAM Application Onboarding Team Lead to oversee the integration of enterprise applications into an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. You will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable identity and access management solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong identity governance development experience with proven leadership capabilities

- Led application onboarding and governance projects.
- Mentored engineers and provided technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead team onboarding enterprise applications into an IAM/IGA platform and drive design decisions.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the team.
- Collaborate with application teams, security, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define onboarding roadmaps.
- Coordinate design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Drive continuous improvements to onboarding processes, governance controls, and operations.
- Support and enhance connectors, workflows, rules, and access review processes.
