Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Manager of IAM Engineering & Client Provisioning to unify IAM platform engineering with client onboarding. You will ensure secure, scalable identity services, with clear ownership for SailPoint/IGA maturity, automation, and client provisioning readiness.

You will lead a team to standardize provisioning, expand automation, and improve governance, while delivering reliable dashboards and SLA trends for leadership visibility and risk-based recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, access provisioning, identity operations, or related technology experience.
3+ years of people leadership experience leading IAM engineering, provisioning, security operations, client delivery, or technical support teams.
Experience with SailPoint or comparable IGA platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM platforms engineering, including SailPoint/IGA, directory services, cloud identity, and access workflows.
Develop and execute the IAM engineering roadmap aligned to security, automation, onboarding, and operational goals.
Oversee design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of identity profiles, roles, entitlements, connectors, and reporting.
Set technical standards, runbooks, SOPs, and documentation for operational readiness.
Ensure IAM platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and auditable across enterprise and client environments.
Lead joiner/mover/leaver/workflows and drive automation to reduce manual work and SLA gaps.
