Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and support IAM solutions including SailPoint, Azure AD, and Privileged Identity Management. The role collaborates with application owners and IT partners to onboard apps, configure access models, and automate workflows.

You will develop high-quality documentation, provide tier-3 support, and help drive IAM improvements in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience in large IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar technical field.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and related IAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support IAM solutions (SailPoint, Azure AD, Federated Auth, Privileged Identity Management).
• Onboard applications with RBAC/ABAC and entitlement workflows.
• Develop and document IAM configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide Tier 3 support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with DBAs, app teams, and IAM architects to improve platforms.
