Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced IAM Cyber Engineer to lead enterprise identity security across programs, integrating IAM architecture and engineering throughout the IT lifecycle. Required are 8+ years in IT, 2+ years with AD and Entra AD, plus Identity Governance/Lifecycle expertise.

Strong communication with technical and client stakeholders is essential. This fully remote US-based role requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, CS.
8+ years of IT experience.
2+ years of Microsoft AD experience.
2+ years of Microsoft Entra AD experience.
Strong experience with Identity Governance and Lifecycle management tools.
Familiarity with SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAuth.
Knowledge of MFA technologies (PKI, OTP, biometrics).
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, engineering, implementation and maintenance of IGA/LCM systems.
Embed secure design principles across the IT lifecycle for IGA/LCM.
Develop and implement identity and access solutions across enterprise environments.
Support emerging authentication standards and security frameworks.
Provide technical leadership across programs driving IAM strategy and engineering excellence.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Provide planning, design, development, integration, verification and validation support.
Develop innovative solutions to meet program objectives.
Support escalations from operations.
