Job summary

Leidos is seeking an expert-level Lead Identity and Access Management Engineer to act as the senior technical authority for complex enterprise IAM projects. You will shape IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and directory services across cloud and on‑prem environments, aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will mentor IAM engineers, lead audits and risk assessments, and drive adoption of modern identity technologies while preparing architecture diagrams and executive roadmaps.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, information technology, or equivalent with 12+ years of general experience; 6 years extra experience can substitute a degree.
• 8+ years of progressive IAM experience.
• 5+ years in a senior/lead/SME role focusing on enterprise IAM architecture.
• Hands-on with at least two IAM category areas: IGA, PAM, SSO/federation, directory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and continuous improvement of enterprise IAM solutions including IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and directory services.
• Serve as SME for IAM architecture decisions, tool selection, and cloud/on‑prem integration strategy.
• Define and enforce identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, and least-privilege controls.
