Allstate is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive automation across enterprise platforms. You will design and implement reusable infrastructure modules, establish standards, and collaborate with security, networking, and platform teams to scale self-service capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years with IaC, CI/CD, and automation practices, plus a hands-on approach to coding and architecture.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code principles and practice.
• Proven track record delivering self-service infra and automation.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Ability to influence engineering teams and drive standards.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable IaC automation across omni-hosted platforms.
• Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service automation.
• Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, or related tools.
• Drive CI/CD, security, compliance, testing, and deployment automation.
• Partner with platform teams to accelerate IaC adoption and productize capabilities.
