Job summary

Allstate's Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) group seeks a Lead Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive enterprise‑scale automation. You will design, build, and productize reusable IaC solutions enabling engineering teams to provision and operate infrastructure through code.

You will establish standards, create reusable modules and CI/CD pipelines, partner with platform, security, networking, and application teams, and develop self‑service infrastructure capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale IaC initiatives.
• Design and implement automation using IaC tools.
• Collaborate with platform, security, and networking teams.
• Develop reusable automation modules and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation.
• Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service automation.
• Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Python.
• Drive CI/CD, security, compliance, testing for infrastructure delivery.
• Create documentation and enablement materials.
