Allstate is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive automation across enterprise platforms. You will design, build, and productize reusable infrastructure modules, APIs, and self-service capabilities to empower engineering teams.

You will collaborate with platform, security, networking, and application teams to transform delivery through code, CI/CD, and governance, while applying AI-assisted practices and responsible AI concepts.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code principles and patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD for infrastructure deployments.

Aufgaben

• Own IaC strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
• Design and maintain scalable automation across omni-hosted platforms.
• Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service automation.
• Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python, and related technologies.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering and Specification-Driven Design to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Ensure security controls, governance, and risk management in automation platforms.
• Design APIs and integrations for infrastructure orchestration and provisioning.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure delivery.
• Partner with platform teams to accelerate IaC adoption and productize capabilities.
• Create documentation and enablement materials for IaC tooling and pipelines.
