You will drive engineering excellence from opportunity development through execution, ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

This role requires 8–12 years in application/service engineering and proven leadership, with strong cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; hydropower service/modernization exposure is a strong asset.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in application/service engineering, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technically sound, competitive service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HyService Engineering organization.
• Provide functional leadership to engineers within the team.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative engineering organization aligned with standards.
