Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a Hydraulics Systems Designer to own the hydraulic systems and test circuits behind critical factory equipment. This role offers remote work from the Midwest and a direct line to upgrades across multiple plants, with strong accountability from concept through completion.

You will design and develop hydraulic systems, create clear drawings and documentation, and lead projects with minimal supervision while collaborating with mechanical, controls, and electrical engineers to

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing hydraulic equipment for manufacturing/factory environments.
• Hands-on CAD experience; SolidWorks preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD skills for hydraulic drawings.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Degree not required with relevant hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of hydraulic systems and test circuits for industrial equipment.
• Create hydraulic drawings and documentation to support build, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Lead hydraulic-focused projects from requirements through execution and completion.
• Partner with mechanical, controls, and electrical engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support hydraulic upgrades at plants and ensure on-time delivery with minimal supervision.
