Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Category Manager to lead kitchen equipment categories for Restaurant Solutions, optimizing sourcing, supplier relations, and cost management for Dunkin’ franchisees. Role involves collaboration with Inspire Brands and franchisees across NDCP offices in Duluth, GA and Boston, MA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in category management with strong negotiation and analytical skills, plus travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP/Smartsheet a plus.
• Collaborative, team-first approach with strong relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen equipment category management for NDCP DC fulfillment and approved manufacturers.
• Develop and maintain supplier base to meet current and future needs.
• Manage franchisee commitments, rollouts, and market testing support.
• Collaborate with Inspire Brands/Dunkin’ teams for cross-functional planning.
• Represent NDCP Restaurant Solutions on leadership and subcommittees.
• Negotiate landed costs and manage contracts with suppliers; ensure renewals.
