The role requires 5+ years in category management and a relevant degree, with strong negotiation and project management skills to support franchise growth and store openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/Smartsheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management for kitchen equipment and related services.
• Develop and manage supplier base, costs, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate franchisee programs, store openings, and remodels.
• Support collaboration with Dunkin’/Inspire Brands teams on projects.
• Conduct RFx activities and prepare supplier awards.
