A respected law firm in Irvine is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Attorney with 7–9+ years of experience. This role involves managing a busy caseload, mentoring associates, and working in a hybrid/remote environment. Candidates should have strong advocacy skills and a proven track record in litigation. Qualifications

• 7–9+ years of insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven experience managing cases from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and argue motions, oppositions, and reply briefs in state courts and arbitration forums.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, including subpoenas.
• Review and analyze documents from opposing counsel, clients, and third parties.
• Draft settlement agreements and negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct voir dire and examine witnesses at trial.
• Supervise associates and paralegals.
