CyberCoders seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to handle California cases from intake to resolution. The role emphasizes litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep to secure maximum compensation for clients.

California admission and 3–7 years PI experience required, with hybrid work in West Hollywood or Irvine and remote consideration for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven courtroom and trial experience or readiness to try cases.
• Strong experience with discovery, motions, depositions, and evidentiary prep.
• Familiar with motor vehicle, slip-and-fall, premises liability claims.
• Able to negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy; client counseling skills.
• Collaborative, partner-track oriented environment.
• Proficient with case management/document software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new matters, handle client intake, and tailor case strategies.
• Investigate accidents and injuries; retain experts and assemble records.
• Manage discovery; prepare/respond to discovery, take depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, and trial exhibits.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare cases for trial with witness prep and exhibits.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients on status and strategy.
• Supervise junior attorneys and support staff; assist business development.
