Optima Office is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our San Diego team in a hybrid, part-time capacity. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. Experience with multiple payroll platforms and a CPP certification is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• CA and Federal wage and hour regulations knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll processing and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage payroll tax filings, wage garnishments, and benefit deductions.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Onboard new hires and process terminations.
• Process full-cycle payroll on weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly schedules.
