Jobot seeks a Litigation Attorney (Workers' Compensation) for a hybrid remote role with options in Philadelphia or Cherry Hill. You will defend workers' compensation claims for carriers and self-insured employers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, handling matters from initial filing through hearings and appeals.

The ideal candidate has Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar admission (or is eligible to waive in) and strong experience in casualty-related litigation.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in PA or NJ (or eligible to waive in).
• Experience defending workers' compensation claims for carriers or self-insureds.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers' compensation claims from initial filing through hearings and appeals.
• Manage depositions and coordinate expert witness testimony.
• Advise carrier and self-insured clients on claim strategy and exposure.
• Provide prompt, thorough client reporting to eliminate surprises.
• Represent clients across trucking/logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction sectors.
