Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending or loan origination.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to educate clients and build trust without relying on referral incentives.
- Colorado state MLO license active or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Review borrower applications and recommend suitable loan options.
- Educate clients on terms, timelines, and required documents.
- Manage files from application through closing with accuracy.
- Coordinate with real estate professionals to support mutual clients.
- Maintain ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance in all activities.
