Job summary

VIVA Psychotherapy in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join a virtual/hybrid team. You will deliver individual, family, or group therapy across modalities, with a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions at our Boca Raton office.

You will manage your own calendar, develop tailored treatment plans, and document in our secure EHR system while benefiting from an established referral network and streamlined credentialing with major insurers.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices.
• Must maintain a valid Professional License and a valid NPI number.
• Comfortable utilizing EHR platforms and secure telehealth software.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a significant plus.
• Experience with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions (dependent on your specialty).
• Perform initial clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation via our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Manage your own calendar and client communication within a professional framework.
