VIVA Psychotherapy in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join a virtual/hybrid team. You will deliver individual, family, or group therapy across modalities, with a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions at our Boca Raton office.

You will manage your own calendar, develop tailored treatment plans, and document in our secure EHR system while benefiting from an established referral network and streamlined credentialing with major insurers.

Formación

• Must be fully licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices.
• Must maintain a valid Professional License and a valid NPI number.
• Comfortable utilizing EHR platforms and secure telehealth software.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a significant plus.
• Experience with telehealth platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. This is a virtual and/or hybrid role, offering the flexibility of telehealth combined with the professional environment of our physical office for in-person sessions located in Boca Raton, FL.

You have the freedom to manage your own schedule and clinical approach while benefiting from the reputation, administrative infrastructure, and steady referral stream of an established practice.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be a fully licensed clinician in the State of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices
• Must maintain a valid Professional License and a valid NPI number
• Comfortable utilizing EHR platforms and secure telehealth software
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Preferred

• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a significant plus, as we serve a large multicultural community
• Experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults
• Experience with telehealth platforms
