Job summary

CGS is seeking a Litigation Systems Analyst to support the government’s litigation initiatives in Baltimore, MD with hybrid remote options including Rockville, MD. The role involves system design, testing, and documentation for complex data and case management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on systems analysis experience, familiarity with Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture, and some leadership ability. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on systems analysis experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into coherent system designs.
• Broad knowledge of IT environments, including databases and applications.
• Supervisory or team-leader experience is useful.
• Experience in automated litigation support is helpful.
• Assist CFPB with data extraction, loading, and processing per standards.
• Undergraduate degree preferred; CS/IT disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and design solutions meeting defined objectives.
• Translate functional requirements into design specifications; test software with sample data.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in reports and presentations.
• Develop system documentation and training materials for users and staff.
• Collaborate with Government staff and contractor team to ensure objectives are met.
