Job summary

CGS is seeking a Litigation Systems Analyst to join our team supporting a wide-ranging federal litigation initiative. The role is based in Miami, FL with remote and hybrid options, and also Tampa, FL.

The ideal candidate has substantial system analysis experience, proficiency with Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture, and strong communication skills to present findings and train users. Bachelor's degree preferred; on-site/remote collaboration required.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience with the systems used, typically at least three years.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into a coherent system design.
• Knowledge of government IT environments, office automation networks, and PC/server databases.
• Experience with automated litigation support is helpful.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Defines system requirements based on COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff.
• Designs complete systems, including data elements, validation, capture, and conversions.
• Translates requirements into designs and tests software with sample data.
• Presents findings and specifications in reports and oral presentations.
• Develops system documentation and task-order deliverables.
• Consults with Government staff and Contractor teams to align on objectives.
• Provides technical direction and supervision to junior personnel.
• Occasionally acts as technical supervisor or team lead for projects.
• Reports progress to Government staff and superiors and trains users.
