Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Litigation Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency’s litigation efforts. You will define system requirements, design end-to-end solutions, test software, and prepare reports and training materials.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Relativity, ReadySuite, and eCapture, 3+ years in systems analysis, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ hands-on experience in systems analysis.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into a coherent design.
• Knowledge of government IT environments, networks, and databases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in automated litigation support is helpful.
• Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff.
• Designs entire system to meet defined requirements and specify data elements, validation, capture and conversion.
• Translates requirements into system designs and oversees testing of software.
• Presents findings, recommendations, and specifications in reports and presentations.
• Develops systems documentation and training materials.
• Advises government staff and contractor team to ensure objective alignment.
• Reports progress to Government staff and superiors.
• Provides user and technical training for systems developed.
