Qualifications

• Must have 12 months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (state dependent).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments and involve families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
