Job summary

Sisu Youth Services in Oklahoma City is seeking a driven Development Director with 5+ years of fundraising leadership to guide our Development Team. You will identify donors, secure grants, and advance capital campaigns to support unhoused youth.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (about 75% remote, 25% in person) and collaborative work with the Executive Director, board, and partners to build lasting relationships and expand Sisu's impact in OKC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience with a track record of donor cultivation.
• Experience supervising fundraising staff and coordinating volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and grants in a hybrid work environment.
• Capital campaign experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate individual donors and grantmaking organizations.
• Lead grant-writing efforts and oversee the grant-writing consultant team.
• Oversee government grant applications and reporting.
• Lead the capital campaign and engage the ED, board, advisors, and campaign committee.
• Represent Sisu in the philanthropic community and build strategic partnerships.
