Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and steward individual donors and grant makers.
• Set a grant-seeking agenda and manage the grant writing consultant team.
• Lead Sisu’s capital campaign efforts and strategy.
• Supervise two development program staff.
• Represent Sisu within the philanthropic community and to partners.
