• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with accuracy.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; manage expirations and renewals.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team; monitor activity and suspense to ensure timely completion.
