Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial flooring for office TI remodels and finish-outs.
• Experience with Division 9 flooring including carpet, resilient, ceramic, stone, and coatings/sealers.
• Experience in new construction projects (schools, hospitals, restaurants) a plus; ability to read drawings and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete takeoffs in MeasureSquare 8 and obtain pricing from manufacturers.
• Build proposals in MeasureSquare CRM or JobRunner and submit to general contractors.
• Prepare shop/installer drawings and SOV breakdowns; support PMs with change orders from revised plans.
