Job summary

Creative Information Technology Inc. (CITI) has a remote/hybrid Business Analyst opportunity supporting the Minnesota Judicial Branch to remediate digital accessibility on public websites.

The role requires documenting requirements, writing user stories, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure scalable solutions.

Candidates should have four years of agile experience, strong communication, and familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Four years’ hands-on experience in an agile environment covering quality assurance, usability, access requirements, and inclusive design.
• Clear written and oral communication, with ability to translate technical terms for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence resources at all levels within the organization.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, architects, and highly technical staff.
• Knowledge of project, program and portfolio management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements in a workbook or spreadsheet.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and prioritize remediation tasks.
• Assess accessibility of digital content across apps and court‑issued documents.
• Document business process improvements for projects to meet court needs.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure understanding of requirements, functionality, size, and scalability.
• Facilitate meetings with business owners and SMEs to identify impacted processes.
• Work with vendors on business and system analysis practices and project requirements.
• Conduct detailed research and report findings to the project team.
• Maintain communications between team members, the State PMO Manager, and leadership.
