Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across Colorado. The role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful home-based care in a flexible, hybrid setup.

You will supervise RBTs and BCBAs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families to achieve functional outcomes. This is a growth-focused position with robust professional development and support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• At least 2 years of experience, including leadership exposure.
• Experience with home-based services or willingness to work in this model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first on-ground BCBA in Colorado, establishing standards.
• Onboard and train RBTs and future BCBAs for strong service delivery.
• Provide in-home and remote supervision and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to create meaningful home outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
