Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support families in Westminster, Colorado. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision.

This role offers in-person or hybrid work, a flexible schedule, PTO, professional development, and opportunities for growth through collaboration with other BCBAs to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with ability to conduct assessments using standardized tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with families and educators.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and management abilities to supervise RBTs and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
