Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead home-based services across Colorado with a remote-hybrid model designed for flexibility and meaningful clinical impact.

You will establish standards, mentor RBTs and future BCBAs, supervise in-home and remote settings, and collaborate with families to achieve functional outcomes, while building the program regionally. This role emphasizes autonomy, leadership opportunities, ongoing training, and a supportive team committed to expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with at least 2 years of leadership exposure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in home-based services.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Builder mindset to shape services in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first on-ground BCBA in Colorado.
• Support onboarding and training of RBTs and future BCBAs.
• Provide in-home and remote supervision, ensuring quality care.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to create meaningful, functional outcomes.
• Build relationships in the community through outreach and education.
• Supervise direct care staff with ongoing feedback and clinical guidance.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in leadership discussions, helping shape the direction of services in the state.
