Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven, individualized behavior plans.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans with clear caregiver instruction.
• Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs, ABA therapists and caregivers across settings.
• Track progress through data collection and analysis and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for long-term success.
• Manage caseloads and maintain documentation, coordinating with other professionals.
