Job summary

Rubicon seeks an Asset Coordinator to manage end-to-end scheduling and installation of compactor and waste equipment. You will coordinate with sales, customers, vendors, and field technicians to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective installations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project coordination or logistics within the waste industry, plus proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office. This position supports remote/hybrid work in the USA with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project coordination or logistics experience in the waste industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience working with field service teams and reading site plans and contracts.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations of compactors, balers, and related waste equipment.
• Serve as liaison between sales, customers, contractors, and service technicians.
• Review contracts and installation requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage project timelines from order approval to installation completion.
• Arrange site inspections and confirm site readiness (electrical, pads, space).
• Procure permits, equipment, and third-party services (rigging, electrical, hauling).
• Track installation status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Travel and/or onsite work up to 25% annually.
• Maintain records in CRM/ERP systems and post-installation follow-ups.
