Rubicon is seeking an Asset Lead to oversee daily asset coordination, utilization, and maintenance of waste equipment. You will mentor Asset Coordinators and ensure equipment is tracked, deployed, and returned efficiently, partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize utilization and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset management, fleet management, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management: visibility, deployment, relocation, inspection, and retirement planning.
• Coordinate rental operations: deployment and recovery per commitments and schedules.
• Ensure maintenance readiness by coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors.
• Mentor and train Asset Coordinators; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and analyze asset reports to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
