Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for HVAC chillers to provide expert technical guidance to sales, customers and service teams. The role emphasizes case management in Salesforce, accurate documentation and proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HVAC experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with Engineering. A Bachelor-level degree or HVAC-focused degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in HVAC or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, especially chillers.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate level HVAC technical support to sales representatives, customers and service groups.
• Manage large volumes of calls and emails and enter requests in Salesforce.
• Maintain records and paperwork in Salesforce with up-to-date case details.
• Identify customer needs and engage to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing on quality and design improvements.
• Deliver training sessions on product application, operation and maintenance.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
