Job summary

Daikin Applied is hiring a Commercial HVAC Technical Support Analyst III to join a team focused on delivering expert application, operation, and maintenance guidance. This remote-friendly role supports sales representatives, customers and service groups, using Salesforce CRM to manage cases and track progress.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing, mentor junior staff, and contribute to product quality improvements while building strong relationships with customer accounts

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in HVAC or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Prior experience in a technical service role.
• Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate level HVAC technical support to sales representatives, customers and service groups.
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls and emails.
• Enter requests accurately within Salesforce CRM and maintain records.
• Share case updates and metrics with stakeholders weekly.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing on improvements.
• Provide training sessions on product application and operation.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
