Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1 & 2 Refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to travel nationwide up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Start up and commission newly installed HVAC systems and chillers.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Diagnose electrical, refrigerant, and airflow faults.
• Verify control logic and safety devices operate correctly.
• Document test results, parts used, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with project managers and installers to resolve issues.
• Communicate performance improvements and service plans to customers.
• Follow codes, standards, and company procedures; stay current through training.
