WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team. This role offers flexible work arrangements with the option to work remotely or from one of our offices across the Pacific region, including Phoenix, AZ, Reno, NV, and Seattle, WA.

You will lead high‑voltage overhead transmission projects and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include planning, design, scheduling, client interactions, and staff mentorship,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with PE licensure preferred.
• Experience leading transmission-line projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD and related design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Create and maintain project schedules and lead meetings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage progress.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and safety standards adherence.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget development.
