Job summary

TheGuarantors is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who is hands‑on and fluent in HubSpot. You’ll manage email and automation programs, focusing on template architecture, targeted deliveries, and testing.

You will work in a mature HubSpot environment using custom objects and advanced workflow logic to deliver personalized lifecycle communications at scale. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable email systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email/marketing ops, building and analyzing emails in HubSpot.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS; able to code emails from scratch.
• Strong HubL knowledge with conditionals and loops.
• Experience with HubSpot custom objects and association labels.
• Experience building complex workflows with layered branching logic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to support email goals and enable self‑serve access.
• Segment audiences using the HubSpot data model and target emails.
• Create, edit, and maintain HubSpot email templates and modules that are reusable and on-brand.
• Write and maintain HubL to customize templates and modules with dynamic content.
• Migrate legacy emails to updated templates and modules.
• Debug rendering, tokenization, and data issues across email clients.
• Document templates and patterns for reuse by others.
• Architect scalable lifecycle systems aligned with data model and tools.
• Define KPIs, build scalable reporting, and drive data‑backed experiments to improve engagement.
