SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks an HTML/CSS Quality Assurance Lead for remote hourly contractor work. You will oversee quality across AI training projects, review AI-generated HTML/CSS, and provide precise feedback to ensure client standards.

You will manage remote teams, develop style guides, and drive QA processes. The role emphasizes strong frontend markup, accessibility, and the ability to maintain detailed documentation and rubrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Web or related field.
• 3+ years in HTML/CSS, frontend dev, QA, or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, ARIA, CSS, responsive layouts, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check HTML/CSS items, provide feedback.
• Code review: Evaluate AI-generated HTML/CSS snippets and layouts.
• Trainer/QA communication: Update contributors on guidelines and review standards.
• Question handling: Respond to questions around semantic HTML, ARIA, CSS, and rubric interpretation.
• Trainer/QA activation management: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: Create and maintain HTML/CSS style guides, trackers, FAQs, onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Run onboarding/training calls for HTML/CSS contributors.
• Risk and accessibility review: Flag inaccessible, misleading, or non-production-ready frontend recommendations.
• Process improvement: Identify recurring gaps and build scalable QA processes.
