The role is remote, contractor-based, with a pay rate up to $80/hour, and requires strong frontend markup, accessibility expertise, and English communication.

You will review AI-generated HTML/CSS, provide precise feedback, and guide remote teams to adhere to project rubrics and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HTML/CSS, frontend development, or QA.
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, ARIA, responsive design.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams.
• Ability to evaluate HTML/CSS against detailed rubrics and identify issues.
• Excellent English communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check HTML/CSS items, provide feedback, escalate issues.
• Code review: Evaluate AI-generated HTML/CSS snippets and layouts, fix accessibility and responsiveness.
• Trainer/QA communication: Update contributors on guidelines and review standards.
• Question handling: Address semantic HTML, accessibility, ARIA, CSS specificity, and rubric interpretations.
• Trainer/QA activation management: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: Create HTML/CSS style guides, trackers, FAQs, onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Run onboarding calls for HTML/CSS contributors.
• Risk and accessibility review: Flag issues and ensure production-readiness.
• Process improvement: Identify gaps and build scalable QA processes.
