You will review AI-generated neuroscience content and trainer work, provide precise feedback, and ensure adherence to project rubrics and ethics.

As a contractor in this hourly, remote role, you will monitor quality, communicate updates to trainers and QAs, support onboarding, and help manage scalable QA workflows with remote expert teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, MD/PhD or equivalent professional background in neuroscience, cognitive science, psychology, or related field.
• Strong English language for guidelines, feedback, and team communication.
• 3+ years in neuroscience/cognitive science research, teaching, lab work, or scientific workflows.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check items, identify issues, provide ongoing feedback.
• Scientific review of explanations, summaries, and interpretations for accuracy and clarity.
• Trainer/QA communication: update teams on guidelines and project changes.
• Respond to trainer/QA questions clearly, especially around neural mechanisms and experimental design.
• Manage activation: DM inactive contributors, track follow-ups when needed.
• Documentation: create and maintain project docs, style guides, FAQs, onboarding materials.
• Onboarding/training: run sessions to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of review guidelines.
• Safety and ethics review: flag pseudoscience or misleading claims.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
