Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/trans fer DoW Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience applying systems engineering/HSI to complex systems.
• Experience with DoD or Navy programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for HSI activities across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Develop and evaluate HSI strategies, analyses, and recommendations per DoD DoN guidance.
• Integrate HSI into requirements, architecture, design reviews, risk management, and testing.
• Perform HFE analyses on human performance, workload, usability, and safety.
• Coordinate with engineers, logisticians, cybersecurity, and fleet stakeholders to resolve issues.
