Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, Master’s with 7+ years, or PhD/JD with 4+ years.
Experience in hypersonics and advanced materials used in defense.
OSW staff level experience.
9+ years DoW experience.
TS/SCI clearance.
US citizenship.

Responsibilities

Develop concepts and requirements for the application of current and emerging technologies in DoW's R&E program.
Support meetings with Hypersonics and Advanced Materials principals and staff.
Conduct technology research analysis for future warfighting constructs.
Provide programmatic expertise to the Government from concept definition through technology transfer.
Identify gaps in development and applications of technologies to DoW capabilities.
Represent USW R&E on IPTs and conferences.
Manage industrial base assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
