Our Client is seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to join their globally distributed team, operating primarily in a remote capacity within the Oil & Gas sector. You will develop and implement HSE policies across multiple projects and operational sites, supporting a strong safety culture from anywhere.

This remote role requires 5+ years in HSE, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
• Excellent remote communication and digital collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems.
• Conduct remote risk assessments, hazard identification, and develop mitigation strategies for various operational scenarios.
• Monitor compliance with relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams and management on HSE matters.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver remote HSE training materials and awareness programs.
