The People Operations Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to leaders and employees, translating business strategy into people strategies that strengthen organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience. This role partners closely with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, navigate change, and align talent, culture, and organizational priorities with OCHIN's mission, values, and long-term objectives.
The People Operations Partner leverages data, insights, and emerging trends to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and build organizational capability. Through strategic consultation, change leadership, and operational excellence, this role helps shape an adaptive, high performing organization that is prepared to meet evolving business, workforce, and market demands while advancing OCHIN's mission and impact.
OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.
